The 90-day pilot is the one hands-on install I sell at a fixed price. Anything without a fee listed here is priced by quote. The books are on Amazon. I won't sell you a catalog that doesn't exist.

SSIM is the Systemic Safety Integration Model. Ninety days on one named asset. Days 1 to 3 on site. Six axes. Office and floor scored on their own. No average. Three practices on the wall. Fourteen locked run sheets. Voice Ladder. Daily Radar. Day 45 mid-score. Day 90 rescore. Close-out memo, three pages or less.
Deposit: 50%. Balance: Day 45. Midwest travel: $1,800 flat. Outside Midwest: quoted.
It isn't training for 200 people, it doesn't promise a lower injury rate (TRIR), and it covers one site only.
$3,500 / $2,000
A half day on site or two remote sessions for up to six people, focused on one site. We map how you work today, find where it breaks down on a normal Tuesday, and decide what to keep, park, or kill. You get an office-and-floor score, the four questions, and one clear next step.
The full fee counts toward the pilot if you start within 30 days. Not an audit, and not legal advice.
These are scored evaluations, not surveys, and the office and floor views always stay separate.
Scores six axes side by side, office view and floor view, never averaged, and names the two weakest floor areas first. Includes a site walk; document review can start remotely.
A deeper system review than the briefing. You get a gap brief leadership can fund, with clear calls on what to keep, park, or kill. Not a culture survey.
Classroom and floor sessions. Price moves with headcount and city. OSHA 10 and 30 in the room only. Authorized Outreach rules set the floor. Travel extra outside the Springfield–Branson and Kansas City areas.
The Five Hours on the Floor and Safe on Purpose programs. Train-the-trainer becomes available after two pilots.
Starting fees are on the speaking page. Keynote, walk, half day, full day, coaching, and six-month mentoring.
