90 Day SSIM Nexus Pilot

SSIM is the Systemic Safety Integration Model. The Nexus is the six axis score. This pilot puts that model on one named plant, gate, job, or crew for ninety days.

Office and floor get scored separately. We do not average them into a culture number. Three practices go on the wall. Fourteen locked sheets run the week. We come back on day 90 and score it again.

This is the only commercial install I sell before two close-outs exist. It is not training for 200. It is not an enterprise license. I will not promise that recordables will fall.

What you get

  • Days 1 to 3 on site. Six axes of the Systemic Safety Integration Model. Two rooms. The two lowest floor scores get named first.
  • Three of the 21 Practices on the wall. No fourth slogan.
  • Fourteen run sheets installed. Version locked. The site does not rewrite the forms.
  • Voice Ladder and Response Code with the bench. Stop is a right. Restart is a call.
  • Daily Radar. Weekly walk log. Binder test at day 30 and day 60.
  • One 45-minute coaching call a week. Unused weeks do not accrue.
  • Day-45 mid-score. Day-90 on-site rescore. Close-out memo, three pages or less.

What it is not

  • A keynote.
  • An OSHA week.
  • A rewrite of your SMS or LMS.
  • A contractual drop in TRIR, EMR, or DART.
  • A license to copy the sheets to a second gate. A second site is a second paper after day 90.

If two of these fail on your floor, the pilot is the right fit. If they hold up, keep the books and save your money.

Fee

$22,500

One named asset, ninety days. Midwest travel is $1,800 flat. Outside the Midwest I quote travel before kickoff. Deposit is 50% to reserve the window. Balance is due on day 45.

I will not discount this under $15,000. Below that number it is not a pilot. It is a visit with a nicer name.
