I'm Ryan L. Rinehart, a Retired Navy Veteran and the founder of EHS Concepts – The Ways of Safety. I have 19+ years in EHS, on the floor and running programs. I wrote the books, I put the systems they describe in place, and I coach and mentor the people who have to run them on an ordinary Tuesday.
I am an authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer for General Industry and Construction and teach OSHA 10 and 30 in person. I am a John C. Maxwell Certified Speaker, Coach, and Trainer (October 2026). I host the EHS Concepts podcast on YouTube.
I'm based in Seymour, in southwest Missouri, and serve Springfield, Branson, and the Kansas City area from a second base in Independence. I travel beyond when the work needs someone on site. Coaching and reviews can be remote.
